Grilled Brussels Sprouts
Brussels sprouts are one of those greens that can be really good but sometimes bitter. I found that grilling brussels sprout brings out the Best flavor from the sprout. I did these on the grill.
- Cut the ends of the stems off the sprouts
- Cut the brussels sprouts in half
- place in a bowl and splash with olive oil
- mix it up but not too rough or you will break up the brussels sprouts
- layout a sheet of aluminum foil in the grill and place the brussles sprouts with the center part facing down toward the fire.
- cook for about 5 to 7 minutes and flip.
- finish cooking another 5 minutes
- season with a pinch of salt (sea salt)
- put in a dish and serve
I like to save some and put them in my salad for lunch the next day. Grilled brussels sprouts are awesome in a salad.
